How do I register on the website?

YOU MUST COME INTO THE STORE IN PERSON TO ACTIVATE YOUR SERVIVE. OTHERWISE, WE CAN'T HOLD YOUR ITEMS. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS. ALSWO, YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 5 TITLES PE MONTH TO STARTY AND MAINTAIN THIS SERVICE.  ACCOUNTS NOT MEETING THIS CRITERIA CANNOT BE CONTINUED.

On the top of the website there is a link to REGISTER. Simply click the link and fill out the form. You will then be asked if you would like to link your account to the store. If you link to the store you can place orders as well as subscriptions. All of your order information is gathered by us and we place the order for you. You can now view your account information on our website.

Do I also need to register at www.comixology.com?

You can create your Comixology account on our website. CLICK THE REGISTER LINK AT THE TOP OF EACH PAGE Since our site is built around the Comixology technology the same account works on both sites.

Do I need to Pre-pay for items I subscribe to on the website?

No pre-pay is required for orders placed on the site. We do ask that you pick up your items at least once every 2 weeks or so. Items left over 1 month may be returned to stock, and can adversely affect your account. Customers wishing to have items held longer than 1 month may keep a credit card on file or pay via PayPal. See store for details.

How do I search for items on your website?

You can click the links on our site to look at upcoming releases. Using the powerful Advanced search tool you can search by publisher, week of release and can even narrow your search by item category. Another option is the search bar at the top of the page. For example if you type Superman you will get a listing of everything Superman. If you are looking for Superman #720 simply enter Superman 720 into the search box!

What is the deadline for ordering weekly books if I dont reserve books using the monthly advance Previews catalog?

Books arrive on Tuesdays and that's when we do your pulls. If you add books after SUNDAY evening, we dont have time to pull them for you since that's when the lists for the week are printed. You'll have to check our shelves and grab them yourself after SUNDAY evening and we cannot guarantee availability.

When is the deadline for orders from the current Previews catalog?

All Previews orders for items in the current month are due by the 25th of each month. Any orders placed after that date may arrive after the items release date or may not be available. Some orders are cancelled by the maker. Please keep in mind that orders from any current Previews catalog are for items being released 2 months later. For example items in the August Previews catlog will be released in October ot later of the same year.

I don't live in your local area. Can you ship items to me?

Yes. We ship items weekly all over the USA, including APO/FPO addresses. Please fill out the website registration information completely, including your name and contact us via email prior to your purchase for more information and to check item availability. We add $5.99 for shipping and handling for orders of any size. YOU SAVE BIG!!

Do you have every item listed in the Previews catalog on hand in the store?

No. It would be impossible to keep every Previews item on hand at all times. We do have access to all of the items however and are happy to order any items you are interested in. Please check with us concerning availability prior to placing orders.

Can I purchase digital comics through your website?

Sure. just clik onto the tab at the top of out site.

CAN I ORDER VARIANT COVERS

Variant covers are very limited and usually run in ratios of 1:10, 1:20 1:25 1:50 1:100 1:200, etc. If would be impossible for us to purchase enough to guarantee everyone that wants one can purchase one. In order for you to guarantee you'll get the one you want you'll need to order the corresponding amount. That means that if you want a 1:10 variants, you'll need to but 10 of the regular covers to get it. If you want a 1:50, you'll need to buy 50 of the regular covers etc. The good news is that, doing it that way, you can purchase the variant for the cover price on the book and not at a premium.  You can also come into the shop and, if we do have one, you are welcome to purchase it at the going rate.
